瀬戸内海のほぼ中心に位置する穏やかな島・大崎上島の農家さんからの「摘果の紅八朔はマーマレードになりますか？」
の一言から生まれたマーマレード
その時期の紅八朔の状態に合わせ
ドイツのチロルとローヌ渓谷で採れる香り高いウィリアム種（バーレット種）の洋梨を完熟してから摘み取り蒸留してできた洋酒や
イタリアで100年以上伝わる伝統的なレシピで作られる、熟した柑橘系果実のフレッシュな味わいと、ほのかな苦味とフローラルなスパイス香とのバランスが特徴のベルガモットリキュールをほのかに効かせています。
